Party On, Chad!

Hey Chad. http://money.cnn.com/2004/12/16/pf/autos/pacer_auction/index.htm?cnn=yes

Chad and I have a debate going on. He thinks the car in the movie Wayne’s World is an AMC Gremlin. I say it’s an AMC Pacer. I am right. He is wrong. If you doubt me, check the above link. If you still doubt me, look it up. Do a search on movie cars or Wayne’s World and you will find plenty of info. Better yet, do a search on AMC:P The Gremlin and Pacer are quite different in appearence so it’s hard to get them mixed up.

On to other things:P

Sorry I haven’t posted more but work has been wearing me out lately and there have been too many gatherings on my time off:P What with Steve being in town and Chad leaving town and everything else:P Plus I haven’t had a tremendous amount of things to talk about. Especially since I am trying really hard not to bitch about work. Nobody wants to read that shit.

So first in BoBo news, I went to Gatsby’s pad last night and we got the mighty Truckzilla running and driving which is a triumph for all mankind. If you don’t know what Truckzilla is, it’s a 1980 Ford F-250 Custom 2wd that he bought at an auction for $50. Yes, farm auctions rock. There are three things that rock about Truckzilla. First, it has no box. Second, it is a former John Deere service truck so it still has all the logos and stripes and stuff on it. And third, it runs and drives now:P The coolest thing is, the only thing we bought to make it run, was five bucks worth of gas:P But I’ll let Gatsby tell the tale if he wants to say more about Truckzilla, it’s origins, it’s present, and it’s future.

Let’s see. Oh yes, I got my cellphone back but it has a different number. So I guess if anyone wants my new number, leave me a comment here of e-mail me at cooncreekcritter (at) ao(hel)l (dot) com(e). Y’all can figure that out kan’t ya? good:P

On Tuesday I’m going to Cedar Falls to audition for a band. Most of you should know who it is:P But hopefully I will be worthy enough to rock with them. But if not, I still have ideas of my own to play with. So I’ll rock either way:P But I’m nervous as hell anyway cause I really want the gig. I’m practicing until my legs fall off:P

So yeah, that’s pretty much it in my world. Workin’ hard, partyin’ harder, and drummin’ my ass off. And very much looking forward to motorcycle season.

And Chad, I’m still right:P And my nuts are safe.
